Best Mailing List Providers?

Hi! Currently, I started using yellow letters to send out to properties that match the criteria in my geographic target. The letters were not well received. What data list providers have you used that you would recommend? Melissa Data? Searching for the best list brokers out there to seek out absentee owners, probates, and traditional homes that match specific criteria (50% equity or higher, under 2,000 square feet, etc). Thank you!
