USDA Owner occupied investment

Hello my name is Nick, I'm currently looking into applying for a USDA loan. I understand that this is a owner occupied investment however, I was wondering if multiple names could be on the loan, and if my business partner could legally live in the home for me, for the agreed amount of time. We currently are looking to turn this home into a cash flow property, And eventually sell in a few years. Is there any legal way around this dilemma? We both plan on going into business together and want to start investing as soon as possible and gain real life experience. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for you're time.
