Your BEST Mailing List Criteria?
I'm ramping up my marketing! Deals have been coming in pretty well lately, but the Thunder Sun Homes team is ready for an influx of business. :) So off to the tried and true: DIRECT MAIL!
The provider I am using has a $95 minimum, and they charge $9 per 1,000 leads. Thus, I need at least 10,000 people to mail to. (My town has a population of 300K, so one list won't do.)
Now, let me know your best criteria for mailing to lists! I'm open to any deals. Will wholesale some that aren't right for me, and will keep some! Thanks! :)
