I am an investor that buys and flips in park mobile homes. I have several parks that I do business in on a regular basis. I am trying to market to other parks and mobile home dealers to help me find more properties to rehab.  what is a good list generation company that I can use to create a list of the Dealers , salespersons, and mobile home owners in the San Diego area?
