Finding property owner's name

Is there a way to find the owner's name for a particular property? I've been driving for dollars and have created my list that I want to hit with direct mail.  I've looked up the properties on the Orange County Tax Collector's website and I'm able to see current tax statements, but the name is not shown due to CA GOV CODE 6254.21.  I have also tried looking on the Orange County Recorder's website for info, but it does not allow me to input the address. So at the moment, I'm at a loss or should I just send it with only the physical address on the envelope?
