Hello all, I wanted to see if there was anyone having success finding good deals in upper income neighborhoods using yellow letters. I've heard a lot of stories about it working for homes under 200k but I usually don't buy houses below 300k. Anyone have success with more expensive homes? I appreciate the feedback. Thanks, Chris
