What Role Does Real Estate Play in Your Retirement Savings?
Here's the question I usually ask everyone: What role does real estate play in your retirement savings? (It's a trick question because I usually want to know their people's views).
I propose this question because 75% of Americans are falling short of their retirement savings goals. I want to help investors become aware of how real estate IRAs can benefit their short-term investment goals while looking ahead for a safe and steady retirement.
I truly believe this is something all real estate investors should be thinking about because the reality is, there is tremendous interest in investing in real estate when saving for one's retirement. But it isn't always easy to know where to invest, in what type of property, and at what price range. People considering real estate investments for the first time using an IRA can see how others have benefited from the strategy by analyzing the data pulled from these IRA investors.
That's where we come in. The Entrust Group has gathered exclusive data, analytics, and trends based on Entrust databases and national statistics from the National Association of Realtors and Zillow Research. Their investment choices form the foundation of our Real Estate Investor Market Research Report. It details where Entrust clients bought properties, the type of properties they bought, how much they paid and much more.
The report is free to download and is written to appeal to investors of all types and ages, as well as real estate brokers and retirement professionals.
Our annual Real Estate Investor Market Research report is another example of Entrust’s commitment to educate clients and the professional community, empowering them to control their own retirement saving choices. It is just one of the many resources available on our Learning Center, your source for reliable, objective information on retirement investments. I would love to get more insights about topic from more real estate investors and see if they've even considered this option. Thank you!
