Bandit sign phrases

So I am almost done putting out my first batch of bandit signs (100) and I haven't gotten a ton of results. I think it's too niche. I used "Terry Buys Scary Houses" thinking they would stand out from the rest. However, I think it backfired and alot of people try not to think of their house as "scary" or that bad.

I did get one close lead off of it and I did get some other decent ones. However, I don' think my response rate was great. I have put some in high traffic areas and not gotten any calls.

So waht phrases work for you .
I've seen "Fast Cash for ANY House" posted as a winner on here, and am thinking of using that one. Seems straight and to the point.

Anyone else have any good input on what works well for them????
