Trying to build a bigger list of negative keywords when attracting motivated sellers. Any suggestions?  I heard an interesting one yesterday on an investor carrot webcast.  'Grand Theft Auto'.  Apparently, a lot of grand theft auto players with search google 'how to sell a house in grand theft auto'.
