Yellow letters

Do yellow letters work only if someone plans to profit from a property in the short term OR can they be used for gain profit in the long run? Am brand new to this. Many thanks.

I think @Justin Silverio is meaning don't just use yellow letters? And if I am correct, then absolutely agree with him. I also agree that you should search the forums. Keywords like direct mail, yellow letters, and Michael Quarles should yield good results.

@Michael Quarles suggests cluster marketing and has seen great results with it. In fact, he has a recommended 6 month campaign that looks like this:

1. Small Text Postcard

2. Yellow Letter

3. Large Text Postcard

4. Typed Letter

5. Greeting Card

6. Zip Letter

Yes, the yellow letter is used, however it is not the only thing used.
