I just completed a search on list source and I am debating on whether to buy this list of absentee owners. If they have tennants in the house with a lease, do you have to honor the lease? I am looking to wholesale these deals or resale them. I do not want to be a landlord.

Also what are some of the criteria you personally have to include. Equity would be nice and I want single family residence. When I include only that criteria I get a count of 0. I don't see how that can be because I am using Virginia Beach as my city and that is not narrowing it down too far.
