Yellow Letters & Website Question

Hi All,

My business partner and I have purchased our first list via List Source and are ready to mail out our first 1,000 mailers. Few questions...

I am sure this is very subjective, but do 1,000 postcards seem appropriate for a first time campaign?

We are using yellow letter's postcards. The only information the letter provides to the potential seller about ourselves is a personal name and phone number. Would it be wise to set up our website prior to mailing out our first campaign.

Greatly appreciate anyone's expertise!
