I'm real estate investor and Realtor and I'm planning mail campaign. I'm trying to get buyers and sellers to my Realtor business as well as I looking for get the properties off the market. So my idea is to send a letter to the target offering them to buy a property or list with me. I don't know if anybody try this before but I try to save some marketing cost and get some business either way. Any suggestions?
