Hi Dane. 

I live, work, and invest in Statesville. My PERSONAL opinion is that, based on location, Statesville is a great place to invest. This is politically incorrect but "the old money" is losing it's grip and new blood is starting to take over. I would be happy to "scope it out", I love doing that. I learn too !!
