Analyzing deals

Hello,

I've been reading and studying on bigger pockets for about 2 years. I decided to go ahead and sign up and make it official. I'm interested in learning how to analyze potential deals in areas I'm interested in investing in. I live Houston TX. I'm interested in looking at properties in the 77083,77082,77072,77478 area codes. I want to just start off flipping and rehabbing properties. Right now I'm just buying real estate books, reading the forums here and listening to podcast. Any help or advice would be of great value.

Regards
