Does anyone have any real estate agent referrals for far north Chicago (i.e. Zion, Gurnee)? How about Evergreen Park, Beverly, Morgan Park? These areas seem to be a market I'd like to work in. Some other investors have mentioned NW Indiana, but that's a little too far for my first couple deals for my taste. Goal is buy and hold right now, until I get a better feel for rehab costs and the like. I'm interested in 2-3 bedroom, below $175k, limited repairs needed. I'm hoping to build a good relationship that will be beneficial for both sides. Thanks!
