Bounce rate for DM?

Hi guys,

2 weeks after have sent my first DM batch of aprox 240 letters I have the partial results.

3 calls, one that already sold and two good ones. Out of the good ones, one under water and I'm working with one seller. Details below

Good Responses	2	0.85%
Bad Responses	1	0.43%
Bounced	17	7.23%
Total Responses	3	1.28%

Questions, 

- Isn't the bounce rate too high? I purchased my list in ListSource.

- Do you have any other list provider do you recommend better
