What to put in letter to a potential lead driving for dollars.

Hi everyone. 

I'm finally trying the driving for dollars thing. i have a list of a couple hundred addresses that could be leads. Does anyone have an example of a letter they use? If you wouldn't mind sharing please PM me!!
