Hello friends, i am working right now in probate deals and I am trying to come up with a good strategy to ensure i get the most for my money. how many direct mail letters do yall think would be appropriate to get around 2 closes for wholesale deals a month? these are people who have inherited real estate so their motives are a bit different. however i am working in all counties surrounding dfw such as tarrant, denton and collin, as well as some other counties more south like harris, bexar and travis. with the database in each county being around over 300 new leads per month, would about 2000-2500 mail letters potentially be a good place to start? i have the money for it and would like to know what kind of results i may see. (using white letters only). obvioulsy would have to keep up with more new leads in the coming months and also keep mailing to my old ones, so i want to make sure i can get enough deals to fund this. let me know guys!
