Can I pull owner info on absentee homes as an agent?

hey so I'm trying to start taking action and so in my neighborhood I've been driving for dollars and have come across a few absentee homes that I would like to wholesale or whatever looks best after looking at it. So as an agent with Keller Williams my question is this, can I pull info on the owners name and contact info as an agent (if so how does that process work?) or would I still need to find a county assessor and pay that fee or use something like list Source?

Do you have "realist" or some other tax program in your MLS? That would be where you would start. At this point most of us would mail a letter to the "tax billing address". If you're looking to save on the $0.75 or so it would cost you to handwrite them a letter you could always dig through the internet looking for their info. Getting set up with something like TLO would do you a lot of good but it's not the easiest thing to do.

You can always use the free "background" tools to try and locate a number.

Don't be surprised if alot of the free sites try to get you to pay for a search. Or set up an account.
