How to grow my cash buyers list?

I am new...obviously, but I intend to do this right. I've ordered 2,000 flyers and a list from list source of 1250 specific criteria leads as well as acquired a 1,474 page tax delinquent list that I am scrubbing now. I listen to the programs, I read the books, I bought the guru (don't attend until July in San Diego), I get it. I'm determined and yet a little scared at the same time. I can't/won't launch my marketing campaign until the second week of April because I will be in Mexico the first week and don't want to build momentum or make promises I can't keep. I've posted the ads, ordered the "bandit" signs, bought door hangers, etc. What else can I do? I want to be MORE than ready so I can "hit the ground running"! Any insider tips or buyer contacts are greatly appreciated. I'm determined but very practical. My husband is very supportive and willing to carry me & my expenses for at least year because we know these things take time, but what now? I'm a planner. I thrive on goals. Help me out.
