Just spinning my wheels
Hey BP investors,
I´m looking for advice here. I have done some driving for dollars and I have tried to follow up on some foreclosures but it all seemed like a gigantic waste of my time. I have five amazing kids and I dont want to be gone unnecessarily. I am fortunate to have a decent income and I have the option to work overtime which produces some decent money. I am more than willing to pay for some marketing but I do not want to waste money either. Everyone has talked about yellow letters and Ive looked at the site. It looks like a great deal but somewhat pricey. What has worked for you guys and gals? What should I expect to invest before I see some decent returns from a marketing campaign? How much time and money should I give to a campaign before I redo my list or change my focus?
