Marketing with Web scraping
I'm interested in developing a web scrapping tool to get leads from public records. I've heard of people looking for delinquent taxes as a potential lead. Does anyone have any experience with this? What other data are you looking for when you are doing this? I have some experience coding and most likely will devolpe the tool myself. I'm in the St. Louis area, if anyone has any advice for my specific market.
