Market Analysis
How important is market analysis to a wholesaler? I'm struggling trying to find a place to start here. Should I be looking at a specific code, and gather data on that area, average days on market, median sale price etc. What exactly are the pros looking at when they perform market analysis. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
