Hello,

I was just wondering how do new wholesalers starting out deal with realtors who want a lot of earnest money upfront like 10k and higher?

Thanks in advance,

Alicia M.

They want crazy high EM because they know you are just locking up the property to find a cash buyer and want recourse when you can't and back out 30 days later.

Try to find properties not listed to wholesale. You need cash and experience to wholesale a listed property.
