Hello:

I am a new wholesaler starting out, and I was wondering what forms of marketing generated the best return on profit and landing more deals?

Thanks for your advice in advance,

Alicia M. (Central Florida)

As far as paid media, these are the engines that produce lead flow:

1) AdWords (Google Search advertising)
2) Direct Mail (e.g., to Absentee Owners, etc.)
3) Outdoor advertising (billboards, bandit signs, car wraps)
4) TV advertising (can be very targeted now, and cost effective)

For free, people post on Craigslist and as a result it's kind of a wasteland.  If you put ads on Craigslist, do/say something DIFFERENT than the dozens of others posting the same "I Buy Houses Fast for Cash" ads.
