Advice Please
I have a deal under contract that I want wholesale. I have a couple of buyers that would getting mortgages to purchase the property. Is there anyway to structure this deal in this situation? Is it feasible for me to find an investor that would buy the property from me knowing they could sell the property in 90 days to the traditional buyer? In any information you can provide would be helpful. This is a two family property that can be cash flowed during that 90 day period as well.
