Hell Bigger Pockets and Members! I wanted to ask for your feed back regading this question :

When using yellow letters, or any marketing letter you may use, what language do you include to grab the attention of the target homeonwer. My "target" is home owners with between 0-60 LTV and non-owner occupied. My question is simply, what language have you used that has been successful??
