Researching and owner locating

Hello BP,

All is well and ready to get back to business, I have been really busy dong everything but Real Estate, I am working on some ways to locate and research owners of abandonded homes.  However, it seems that all the onld ways of finding phone numbers have been updated by companies that charge fees to get the phones numbers. I don't think I need criminal records or things like that just want to find a phone number to call them. 

Anyone out there find a service that just dose address and phone number listings anymore?
