Hello BP Community!

Im a new real estate investor in the metro Atlanta area and im currently working on getting my RE license. I want to be a successful investor friendly RE agent. Im familiar the different property types and numbers investors are looking for (ROI for buy and holds, ARV for Flip n Fixers, etc) but my question is what makes a great investor friendly agent? What should i charge in commission? Are there any contracts/paperwork required? Anymore useful information you can give me?
