New market strategies

I've been doing direct mail now for about 3 months and it is very rewarding but I haven't done any deals from it yet. I know it takes time but most of my leads I have done deals with come from driving for dollars , calling zillow leads and calling for rent signs. Any other suggestions on what I could do to get more leads or take more action. I would love to hear more thoughts this year around.
