Hey Everyone! My name is Gregory. I reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Currently I own a pretty busy construction and remodeling business. We work with a lot of Real estate investors and while I like my business I want to use my free time to start investing in my own properties. My crew can do anything so the construction wouldn't be an issue. I know a lot of investors but they either already work with a large company or they do their flips differently than what I have noticed pays big. I would love to hear where any of you guys have had success in finding great investors? I am looking to make a long term reaction ship in the field I have always had a passion for.
