Quickly Determine if there is house or vacant land at an address

I have a list of about 2000 properties that were recently inherited.  I have all the property addresses.  Some are raw land, and others are houses.  I only want to market to owners of houses, NOT land.

Does anyone know a quick way to take the addresses in this spreadsheet and determine if it is for a house or raw land?

Are there services out there that will process the list in bulk for a fee?

Thanks,

Alden Simpson
