Hi Everyone,

I'm in the process of setting up my first mailing campaign. I've been driving for dollars and I put together a list of 142 houses in my area. Those yellow letters will be going out shortly. I know that the typical response rate is 1-3% so I was wondering which list should I purchase to send out a bigger mailing campaign (500-1000) postcards. I'm pretty sure everyone is mailing to the same absentee list, I want to go in a different direction. Im open to any additional tips anyone can offer a newbie wholesaler looking to get that first house under contract.

Thanks in advance for your help
