VA for driving for dollar addresses?

Hi friends,

We gathered about 600 addresses after driving for dollar several times. We did weekly rounds of phone calls for months and now we're considering hiring a VA.
I have a few questions for those who have great experience with them:

1. Where is the best site to find a professional/responsible VA?

2. How can we make sure he/she has a real estate background / will be able to deliver the script? is there a screening process?

3. What's an average salary? (I've heard $3-7 an hour)

4. How many hours you recommend to hire a VA weekly if we have 600 addresses?
