AIM Cruise Incentives and Cruise4Two?

Just curious if anyone has heard of or has ever used either of these two companies. I saw an ad for AIM in a local apartment association magazine but couldn't really find too much info on them online besides their website.

Apparently they offer cruise certificates to property owners for $99-$200 to use as an incentive for new leases or renewals. I am just interested to see if anyone had used them before and what their experience was.

Their websites are very similar but I'm not sure if they are owned by same company or not

Cruise4Two: http://www.cruise4two.com/
