Absentee Owner List

I have just purchased a list of absentee owners in my area. I will send out the post cards next week. To save on cost I will be sending out 500 at a time. 500 is when you get a bulk break from USPS.

Anyone have any good ideas as far as content for the post card? I will be wholesaling the properties to my buyers.

Any input will help.

Hi Tim, you want to make sure that your postcard tells the seller what you can do for them i.e. no realtor fees/commissions, no closing costs, we will purchase your house in "as is" condition.

We have had great success using mail merge on our postcards. If you go to click2mail.com you can create a postcard and upload a mailing lists and it will insert the sellers name and the address of the property that you are hoping to buy.

I hope this helps!

Michelle
