Finding Cash Buyers Strategies Pros/Cons

Justin Archer

As a wholesaler newbie I have discovered various strategies for advertising for/marketing to cash buyers. Including, but not limited to...

  • Direct Mail (Pulling list of absentee owners, landlords, etc from Listsource and then sending them yellow postcards)
  • Local REIA
  • Craigslist, Backpage and other similar websites
  • Facebook Groups for Buyers
  • Facebook and/or Google Ads
  • FindCashBuyersNow.com, Freedomsoft.com and other similar software
  • ...anything else you think is important that I did not mention above

And I was just curious to know which you have tried, which have worked for, which haven't, and your opinion on the pros and cons that are associated with each.

Thank you for your input. I really appreciate your time and attention.
