Good Deals No Buyers

How you doing , my names Kyshawn I'm fairly new to real estate and I have a few good deal property's under contract but I can't find any buyers in my area that are really serious .. If I don't have under contract I can find it I'm in Rocky mount NC , anybody can help me with me marketing tips or ideas
