Returned Mail for Probate Leads

Hello all,

I sent out postcards to obituary notices ( I'm not really insensitive) in my area. A few of the cards have been returned as undeliverable. Hand written on the card is "VAC." I searched the tax assessor website site and do not see a different mailing address. Question is how do I find the address or owner of the "VAC" property?
