Small Commercial Bldg (Albany, OR) - best marketing strategies?
What have you found is the best way for marketing a small commercial property, fully leased. Seller says no signs. Have tried email and paper flyers to top 50 commercial agents (that's about all we have here), calls to agents, on Loopnet and local MLS. Am trying some Facebook dark posts. Other practices you've found successful? I'm new here so if this is the wrong forum, pls redirect me.
