Brokers for investors

Hello, I work with a real estate investment group which till now did mainly NYC, recently we started doing a lot in north jersey especially Newark NJ, being there for couple of months I realized there are a lot of investors there, and therefor a lot of brokers who work with investors and a lot of property wholesalers, but I did bump into a lot that were not very helpful, I'd like to create in this forum that people should share and recommend brokers and wholesalers which they worked with and had a good experience. So please share here your good experiences.
