New to Real Estate Investing- Looking to find Rentals to Buy

Hello,

My name is Nick and I'm brand new to Real Estate investing. I have read that there are Real Estate Investment Groups that form, take investors to buy, for example apartments in a building, and the Group takes care of property management and such. From my understanding, this is what I'd like to explore: a hands-off investment in Real Estate.

Where can I search for such groups?

Is this an effective way to build wealth in Real Estate?
