How do investors go about doing a better job on their skip tracing?
Ok over the last 18 months we have sent about 100,000 letters, and about 31% are returned with no address( we even put address service requested) on the envelopes, which is a huge percentage. In the past we just let it go and figured that's the price of being an investor. I attempted without any real results to use Spokeo, reverse look up, tax rolls, talking to neighbors to see if we can get information, shhhh I have even used bandit signs in their front lawn, We Buy Houses!!!! with no real success to speak of. I would love to hear what people are doing for their skip tracing. Please only respond if you are in fact doing it, and not what you heard about. I look forward to other investor's responses who actually skip trace.
