When Breaking down Raw data when it comes to delinquent taxes you will begin to understand how to read your info.  Here is a tip for those evaluating leads from your excel sheet.

1.  Focus on properties that are at least 2 years and older delinquent on taxes

2.  Google hyphenated words that you don't understand

3.  Yellow Letters are very effective

4.  Be Consistent!

5.  Go on BiggerPockets to post questions and looks for answers

Delinquent Taxes, done correctly will give you 1 of the highest responses.  

Remember, the more difficult it is to get the list, the less competition there is.
