Finding Properties in the Bay Area

Hello Everyone, I know I haven't been posting or connecting on BP lately. I truly apologize I was going through same rough times but now I am excited to be back. I have been searching for properties to wholesale in the Bay Area and didn't have much luck. I was wondering if anyone has ideas on how to find good deals and maybe get some advice on how to increase my option in Real State. I know I have done some deals but I still consider myself as a newbie when it comes to Real Estate. I would love to hear some new ideas and advice.
