Is there anyone successfully doing these on a consistent basis? One of my biggest "concerns" are the conversion rates. What %age of these tenant buyers are actually executing their option to purchase when the time comes. I've read online that in general conversion rates range from 20-30%. Is there anyone out there with better conversion rates than that? And if so what are you doing to achieve that?
