Effective, economical marketing methods requested

Hi Everyone,

What are some of your most effective and economical marketing methods in generating interest? I am not afraid of a little leg work, but I also don't want to be out 10 hours a day just plastering up signage to have it all taken down. I am finding I am doing a lot of online marketing. I also have stickers, but I am concerned about the long term effectiveness of the stickers because I don't want to ruin my reputation and be considered a vandal.
