Is it too much to ask for a 16% net cap rate?!

Hello everyone,

Im new here in BP and I lovit! Igot the chanceto talk with great people,to give and to get advices.

I was wondering if anyone is investing now in a rental market that can give you a 16% solid net rent return. any tupe of a house goes.
