Finding contact info for owners of multi-family properties in Ohio and Michigan

Greetings to all,

I’m looking for advice on how to find information on owners of multi-family properties in Ohio and Michigan. From the websites I’ve visited so far, if you can provide an address, they will give a name and info of the owner. But in the case of not having addresses, just the criteria of multifamily properties, how can owner details be found?
